Poster Guidelines
There are a few things that will help your poster get as much visibility as possible. They are listed here in no particular order.
Poster size can be a critical component when it comes to being seen. 11×17 posters with portrait orientation are best suited to get placed at all of our stops. All other sizes and orientations are at a disadvantage.
Large, bold, text for the event title and date are highly recommended.
QR codes that are easy to see and not on the very edges of the poster. Especially on the corners.
Distribution and drop off
We distribute posters every week with a few exceptions for holidays. Our delivery schedule starts on Tuesday and goes through Saturday of that week. All posters must be dropped off by the end of the day on the Sunday before your desired distribution start date. Posters that arrive after that deadline may not be distributed until the following week.
We recommend getting your posters to us between 25 and 30 days before your event begins. This will help us ensure that your posters get out in time to have the most impact. We also appreciate you filling out our order form as soon as you know what you’re looking to do. Don’t worry, we can always make changes to an order after it’s placed so, the sooner, the better.

Tier 1: $1.60
(Fort Collins)
Tier 2: $1.80
(Loveland, Greeley, Cheyenne, Highway 85, Longmont/Berthoud)
Tier 3: $2.25
(Estes Park, Laporte/Wellington, Windsor, Johnstown/Milliken, Laramie, Berthoud without Longmont)
Tier 4: $2.75
(Denver, Boulder)
Poster Min/Max
Each city/route has a minimum and a maximum number of posters that we can take. See the table below for details. There are exceptions and circumstances that will allow us to modify these numbers. Please reach out to us to discuss amounts that differ from the numbers listed here.
